We only collect the details required to generate donation receipts: organization information, EIN, donor details, and donation amounts. Files uploaded for logos or signatures are processed securely and removed after the receipt is generated.

Your data is used exclusively to generate IRS-compliant donation receipts and deliver them to you. We never sell, rent, or reuse donor information for marketing or advertising purposes.

Receipts, donor information, and uploaded assets are retained only long enough to complete the receipt generation process. Access is restricted to encrypted network connections and monitored service accounts.

We rely on Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Each provider maintains independent SOC 2 compliant security programs and handles your data according to their own privacy policies.
