Your data is used exclusively to generate IRS-compliant donation receipts and deliver them to you. We never sell, rent, or reuse donor information for marketing or advertising purposes.

Receipt and donor information is retained only as needed to provide the service. For signed-in users, logos and signatures are saved for future receipts until you replace or delete them. Access is restricted to encrypted network connections and monitored service accounts.

We use analytics services including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Mixpanel to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services. These tools collect information such as pages visited, buttons clicked, time spent on the site, and general usage patterns. If you create an account, we may associate this usage data with your account to provide better support and understand how different users interact with our features.
